Meetings are expensive - easily $3,000 to $7,500 each. Don’t waste them.

Do you really want to use up 5 or 10 just to find the weak spot in your story?  We talk with investors; we help them screen applicants. It is our job to help you identify problems and solve them before the show goes on the road.

Valuation matters...but not that much!

Never forget: the object is to close a deal and get on with growth. Don’t let valuation estimates stand in the way. We know how they are made. We have hired and fired valuators. We have written their reports. We have our own  techniques to value hidden assets. 

We work to make sure you are treated fairly. We make sure you have a reasonable estimate of value before you begin. We can structure deals that allow for different opinions. We are experts at compiling the objective evidence - data on marketing, competitors, sales potential and so forth - needed to support your case.
