Arthur Younger

Dr. Younger advises clients on
business strategy, corporate finance, applied economics and
negotiation strategies. He
has international experience with turnarounds, mergers and
acquisitions in Europe and Asia and has provided interim management
services to difficult startups. Dr. Younger has a strong background
in North American private equity markets -- preparing companies
for fundraising, developing new ventures and conducting due
diligence for institutional investors. An expert in business
modeling, forecasting and risk analysis, Dr. Younger was the
primary designer of Ignyt’s Enterprise
Diagnostic Assessment process. He holds Masters and Doctoral degrees in Social
and Political Thought from the Sorbonne as well as a Ph.D.-stream M.A.
in financial economics and econometrics from the University
of Toronto. He has taught economics at Glendon College and
the Schulich School of Business, York University as well as
being an economics commentator on radio, television and in
print. Dr. Younger is fluent in English and French, can struggle through Kant in German and practises Egyptian hieroglyphics as an aid to deciphering financial statements.

Jack Bryar is one of North
America’s top competitive intelligence experts. Bryar conceived
and built the Knowledge Management practice for NewsEdge, a leading
US-based provider of online business news solutions where he
helped high tech firms, energy companies, traditional manufacturers,
and even the US Senate learn “what they need to know about”. He has
also developed efficient strategies to develop that information
through competitive intelligence, field research, data mining
and content management techniques. Bryar is the founder of Ignyt's Technical Due Diligence Practice which he developed for a number
of venture firms in the early 90's. Bryar has written for a variety
of publications on subjects as diverse as information architecture,
data mining and taxonomies; enterprise and wide area network
architecture, open source and traditional operating systems,
telemetry and system monitoring designs, political and technical
risk in the energy business, nanotechnology and molecular engineering...even
the role the role electric power producers will play in the hydrogen
economy of the future. His client list includes many of the largest
technology, telecommunications, health care and energy companies.

John Howard is an experienced chartered accountant and and forensic investigator. John
was previously a partner at Ernst & Young where, for many
years, he directed the firm’s financial institutions practice.
During his career he has provided business consulting, audit,
litigation support, and fraud investigation services to a wide
range of clients in both the public and private sectors. He
has worked with companies in the financial, manufacturing, real
estate, travel, hospitality and transport sectors and recently
completed a long-term assignment for the Government of Canada. John
has worked in North America, Europe, Africa and has assisted
the Canadian subsidiaries of Asian and Indian companies.

Dave Terry is an experienced senior sales executive with a focus on international business development, marketing, sales process management
and planning. David has a wealth of global market experience
developing business throughout Europe, Asia, Latin and South America in addition to Canada and the U.S.. David
has worked both for major international companies and venture-funded
technology startups. He was a co-founder of Open Text
Corp. and Managing Director of Open Text U.K. Prior to the OpenText adventure, David
spent many years in the publishing business, most recently as Vice President, International Sales & Marketing, for
Harcourt Brace Jovanovich. Raised in the U.K, David also
speaks French and Italian.
